Returns:
We gladly accept returns of most items within 14 days of the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Free Return Shipping:

Restocking Fee:

Reasoning for Non-Returnable Customized and or Personalized Items:
Customized and or personalized items are created uniquely for you and cannot be restocked or resold to other customers. This policy is in place to ensure that we can continue to offer personalized products while managing our inventory and costs effectively.
How to Initiate a Return:

Our customer support team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and further instructions.

Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The original purchase price, minus the 25% restocking fee, will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for it to appear in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately (within 7 days of receipt) with your order number and photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or a full refund without a restocking fee.
